The Malaria Validation Control Workshop was held in Edema, Morogoro, bringing together key stakeholders to conduct a comprehensive review of malaria validation processes and system integration between DHIS2, HIM, and eLMIS, following disruptions caused by the upgrade to eLMIS Version 3.
✨The workshop identified critical gaps in data exchange, health facility reconciliation, and consumption calculation logic.
⭐️These challenges were addressed through targeted system updates, rigorous testing, and strong multi-stakeholder collaboration.
As a result, malaria commodity ordering controls were strengthened, data consistency improved, and a sustainable framework established for continuous malaria validation and supply chain monitoring.
